This plan is available to PML employees only.

A High Deductible Health Plan offers comprehensive medical coverage with relatively high out-of-pocket expenses. This plan meets the IRS requirements for a Health Savings Account (HSA) which allows you to pay for qualified health care expenses with pre-tax dollars. Highlights of High Deductible Health Plans

Preventive care benefits before employees satisfy the deductible

As long as employees use a network provider, employees will be eligible for 100% coverage up to a $500 annual maximum per member for your preventive care benefits including:

* Routine physical exams
* Gynecological exams
* Well baby/child care to age 15
* Immunizations to age 16
* Routine Pap Smear (one per calendar year)
* Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) (one per calendar year)
